All orders placed online before 2.00pm and dispatched via this service will be expected to arrive with you within 2-3 business days.

  Once your order has been despatched you'll receive a confirmation email notifying you of the expected delivery date. All orders are trackable which means you can track its progress.

To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partner. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS (Text) and or E-mail

Checking with your neighbours or work colleagues to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage, porch or round the back or side of your property.

If you still can't locate your parcel, please contact us by phone or email quoting your order number. We'll look into this immediately and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

I'm missing an item from my order If you've placed a large order, then it's likely we will have sent your items in separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside.

Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact Customer Services team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. Is delivery times guaranteed? Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee this service as occasionally there will be circumstances beyond our control. Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit Whilst we promise to do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, please let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

   Returns & Refunds Policy If you return goods to us, 14 Days of dispatch we will refund the amount charged. We do advise you obtain proof of posting from your local post office. Please note we can only refund your money in cases where 1) goods have been damaged 2) goods have been incorrectly dispatched. No refunds will be given
